Hummus dolce al burro di arachidi, cacao e mandorle | Sweet Hummus with peanut butter, cocoa and almonds

Da grande amante dell'hummus - l'ho fatto con le barbabietole, di piselli,  di fave, di borlotti, e con l'avocado  - non potevo certo farmi mancare la sua versione dolce, con burro di arachidi, cacao e mandorle.
L'hummus si trasforma in un dessert goloso e sano, perfetto come anche come spuntino e per colazione.
Ricco di proteine, povero di grassi saturi e senza zuccheri aggiunti.
Buono e semplice da fare, lo amerete al primo assaggio!
Come burro di arachidi ho usato quello di  Foodspring,  uno dei migliori mai provati. Ogni vasetto contiene 350 arachidi bio tostate con la loro buccia, così da rendere il burro buonissimo così com'è, senza aggiungere sale, olio di palma, zucchero o altri additivi. Solo ed esclusivamente arachidi bio.

E adesso non mi resta che darvi la ricetta!


Ingredienti:

Per l'hummus:
200 g di ceci in scatola ( scolati e sciacquati)
20 g di burro di arachidi Foodspring
80 g di yogurt greco naturale
Dolcificante a piacere*

Per la salsa al cacao:
10 g di cacao amaro in polvere
acqua q.b.
Dolcificante ( 1-2 gocce di Diete.Tic )

Per finire:
Lamelle di mandorle


Procedimento:

Frullate tutti gli ingredienti (* come dolcificante ho usato il Diete.Tic , ma potete sostituirlo con un cucchiaio di miele o di sciroppo di acero), aggiungendo poca acqua per aiutarvi a raggiungere la consistenza desiderata.
Versate l'hummus in una ciotola e preparate la salsa mettendo in una tazzina il cacao amaro, il dolcificate, poche gocce di acqua e mescolando bene fino a che non è della densità giusta.
Guarnite l'hummus con la salsina ottenuta e le lamelle di mandorla.

- Potete scegliere se mangiarlo così, al cucchiaio,  oppure come cremoso accompagnamento per i pancakes.

As a great lover of hummus which I am - I made it with beets, peas, broad beans, borlotti, and avocado - I wanted to try this sweet version, with peanut butter, cocoa and almonds.
Hummus turns into a delicious and healthy dessert, perfect as a snack and for breakfast.
Rich in protein, low in fat and without added sugar. Yeah!
It's so good and simple to do, you will love it at the first taste.
I used Foodspring peanut butter it's the one of the best I ever tried.
Each jar contains 350 toasted organic peanuts with their skin, so as to make the butter very good and tasty as it is, without adding salt, palm oil, sugar or other additives. Only and exclusively organic peanuts. I love it!

Let's see how:


Ingredients:

For hummus:
200 g canned chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
20 g of peanut butter Foodspring
80 g of natural greek yogurt
Sweetener to taste*

For the cocoa sauce:

10 g of bitter cocoa powder
water q.b.
sweetener ( I used two drop of an0 cal liquid sweetener )

For garnish
Slivers almond

Directions:

Blend all the ingredients ((* as a sweetener I used Diete.Tic a 0 cal sweetener, but you can replace it with a spoonful of honey or maple syrup), adding  a bit 'of water to help achieve the desired consistency.
Pour into a bowl and prepare the sauce: putting in a cup the cocoa powder, sweetened, a few drops of water and mixing well until it is of the right density.
Garnish the hummus with the cocoa sauce and the slivers almond.

- You can choose whether to eat it like this, like a spoon dessert or as a creamy accompaniment for pancakes.
